1 Introduction and Applicability

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Another example: on a deposit of ৳26,800 the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 applies, total balance ৳46,800, and wagering becomes ৳20,000 × 20 = ৳4,00,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is not cash; it cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements are met.
• If a withdrawal is requested after claiming a bonus but before the wagering requirements are fulfilled, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• The Company reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular members may participate in the VIP program. There are three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback, and Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total net losses for that week. The rules for tier changes are set by the Company and may be revised at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

9.1 Balance After Account Closure

10 Limitation of Liability
